Founded by Ken Harris, a 17-year veteran civilian police officer and 5-year Military Police officer in the U.S. Army, our work is rooted in a passion for precision and public service.
With 8 years in civilian law enforcement dedicated to traffic—investigating complex collision cases and implementing targeted enforcement strategies driven by collision data to reduce incidents—plus additional years in patrol, Ken brings a comprehensive perspective to every project. Certified as a Drug Recognition Expert, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor, Intoximeter Instructor, and Collision Reconstructionist, he has testified as a court-qualified expert in DUI, DUI Homicide, and traffic-related criminal cases. This extensive background ensures a deep understanding of both the technical and human elements of investigation.
Beyond the badge, Ken is a proud father of four children and an exceptional German Shepherd named Dexter, balancing family life with a commitment to serving clients—whether attorneys, insurers, or property owners.
